Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Goal Power Dialer Chrome extension (the "Extension") and the Goal Power Dialer service (the "Service") collect, use, and protect information when you use them. By installing the Extension or using the Service, you agree to this policy.

Who we are

Goal Power Dialer is an autopilot dialing tool for licensed insurance agents at the Holtz Organization who use the Impact CRM platform (impact.ailife.com). The Service is operated by the Holtz Organization for internal use by its agents and authorized partners.

What information we collect

Account information

When you sign up via the Service dashboard, we collect:

• Email address (used as account identifier and for magic-link login)
• Display name (optional)
• Your cell phone number (the "agent cell" the parked-leg architecture connects to)
• Voicemail-drop audio URL (optional)

Usage data

While dialing, we collect and process:

• Phone numbers being dialed (taken from the Impact CRM lead detail page when you press Call Mobile or Call Home)
• Call control IDs from Telnyx
• Call status events (ringing, answered, voicemail-detected, hangup)
• Real-time call transcripts (used for voicemail detection; not stored after the call ends)
• Call counters (total dials, no-answers, completed calls per session)
• Lead IDs from Impact CRM (used only to prevent re-dialing the same lead)

Billing data

If you make payments through the Service:

• Stripe customer ID and payment session IDs
• Account balance and transaction history
• Setup-fee payment status

Payment card information is collected and processed by Stripe directly. We never see, handle, or store credit card numbers.

What information we do NOT collect

• We do not record or store call audio. Audio is forwarded only between the carrier (Telnyx) and the agent's parked cell phone in real time.
• We do not store call transcripts after the call ends.
• We do not collect browsing history outside of Impact CRM lead pages.
• We do not collect data from any website other than *.impact.ailife.com (the only domain the Extension's content script runs on).
• We do not sell or share any data with third parties for marketing purposes.

How information is used

• To provide the Service. Account info and lead numbers are used solely to place calls on your behalf via Telnyx.
• To process payments. Billing data is used to handle prepaid-credit top-ups and the one-time platform activation fee.
• For voicemail detection. Real-time transcripts are analyzed for voicemail trigger phrases ("leave a message", "after the beep") so the Extension can hang up automatically. Transcripts are discarded after the call.
• To prevent loops. Lead IDs and last-dialed timestamps are stored locally in your browser to prevent the Extension from redialing the same lead repeatedly.

Where information is stored

• Locally in your browser: Your auth token, agent cell phone, voicemail-drop URL, panel position, and dialing counters are stored in chrome.storage.local on your device.
• On Cloudflare: Account records, balance, and transaction history are stored in Cloudflare KV (a key-value store) and Durable Objects, hosted in the United States.
• On Telnyx: Call control IDs and webhook events are processed by Telnyx, our voice carrier. See the Telnyx privacy policy.
• On Stripe: Customer IDs and payment data are stored by Stripe. See the Stripe privacy policy.
• On Resend: Email delivery (magic-link sign-in, top-up receipts) is handled by Resend. See the Resend privacy policy.

Permissions the Extension requests

• storage — to remember your settings (auth token, agent cell, panel position) between page loads.
• activeTab — to read the current Impact CRM lead's phone number when you press a Call button.
• Host access to *.impact.ailife.com — so the floating dialer panel can overlay on Impact lead pages.
• Host access to app.goalpowerdialer.com — so the Extension can communicate with the Service worker (your account, billing, dialing).

Data retention and deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing dgholt@holtzagency.com. Local storage is cleared when you uninstall the Extension or sign out.

Children's privacy

The Service is intended for adult licensed insurance agents and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and notify users via email or an in-product notice.
