Full legal details
1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how Reach Your Goals L.L.P. ("we," "us," or "Goal Power Dialer") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Goal Power Dialer service, including our Chrome browser extension, web dashboard at app.goalpowerdialer.com, mobile companion app, and related services (together, the "Service").

The Service is a power-dialer tool built exclusively for licensed insurance agents working with Globe Life and American Income Life leads inside the Impact CRM. We are not a general-purpose marketing or cold-calling platform.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to operate the Service.

Account information you provide:

  • Name, email address, phone number, agent ID
  • Billing information (processed by Stripe — see Section 4)
  • Account preferences and toggle settings

Service operation data:

  • Phone numbers you dial (sourced from your Impact CRM leads)
  • Call metadata: timestamps, duration, disposition, outcome (answered, voicemail, no-answer)
  • Voicemail-detection results from Telnyx Premium AMD
  • Live call transcriptions (used to give you in-call reference; see retention in Section 8)
  • Screenshots of Impact CRM lead detail pages (captured by the extension at dial time so the mobile app can mirror what you see on desktop)

Technical data automatically collected:

  • IP address and approximate geographic location (city/state level)
  • Browser type and version, operating system
  • Extension version
  • Cloudflare-collected request logs (used for security and debugging)
  • Worker-level event logs (call durations, error events, billing reconciliation)

Data we do NOT collect:

  • Your web browsing history outside of Impact CRM
  • Your microphone audio when you are not on an active call
  • Your contacts, photos, or any other phone data beyond what you explicitly enter
  • Information from any website other than impact.ailife.com (the extension's host_permissions is technically restricted to this domain — it cannot read other sites)
3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and operate the dialer Service
  • Route your calls through Telnyx
  • Process your payments through Stripe
  • Send you transactional emails (sign-in codes, billing receipts, service notifications)
  • Send you SMS messages about service status, outages, billing, and product updates (only if you opt in — see Section 5)
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service
  • Improve the Service (in aggregate; we do not analyze individual user behavior for product decisions)
  • Comply with legal obligations (tax records, lawful requests from authorities)

We do not:

  • Sell, rent, or lease your personal information to anyone
  • Share your information with advertising networks or data brokers
  • Use your call recordings or transcriptions for any purpose other than providing them back to you as a feature
  • Market the Service to your prospects or call lists
4. Service providers we share data with

To operate the Service, we share specific data with these processors. Each is contractually bound to handle your data only as needed to provide their service to us:

TelnyxPhone numbers dialed, call routing, voicemail detection, transcriptionsVoice carrier and SMS provider
StripePayment card information, billing detailsPayment processing

We do not share your personal information with any other third parties except as required by law (court order, subpoena) or to defend our legal rights.

5. SMS communications and TCPA notice

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in during signup, we may send you SMS messages including:

  • Transactional: account verification codes, billing receipts, password resets
  • Service updates: outage notifications, scheduled maintenance, dialer updates
  • Product news: new features, updates to the Service relevant to your use
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box during signup, you give your prior express written consent to receive automated SMS messages from us at that number, including messages sent by automated dialing system. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies (typically 1-4 messages per month).

To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message we send. To get help, reply HELP. We honor STOP requests immediately and maintain an internal Do-Not-Contact list.

We retain SMS opt-in consent records (timestamp, IP address, and consent text version) for the duration of your account plus four (4) years thereafter, in accordance with FCC TCPA guidance.

6. Call recordings and transcriptions

When you place calls through the Service:

  • Voicemail detection uses Telnyx Premium AMD — Telnyx briefly analyzes the called party's first seconds to determine if a human or voicemail answered. This analysis is automated and not stored as audio.
  • Live transcription runs on prospect-side audio during connected calls to assist you with note-taking. Transcripts are stored in your account for 90 days and then automatically deleted.
  • Full call audio recording is not enabled by default. If a future feature offers it, you will be notified and required to opt in separately, and you are responsible for complying with applicable call-recording laws in your state and the state of the called party.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable call-recording, two-party-consent, and TCPA laws when using the Service. We provide the tool; you are the originator of the call.

7. Cookies and local browser storage

Our Chrome extension uses Chrome's chrome.storage.local API to save your preferences (saved phone number, toggle settings, dial counters). This is similar to cookies but is scoped to the extension and not accessible by websites.

Our web dashboard at app.goalpowerdialer.com uses a single authentication cookie to maintain your sign-in session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies that follow you across sites.
