GOAL POWER DIALER

Dial credits are prepaid and are consumed in real time as calls are placed. Each dial deducts credit from your balance at the per-dial rate shown at checkout.

• Once a dial has been initiated, the credit used for that dial has been spent and is non-refundable.
• Any unused dial-credit balance remains available in your account for future dialing and does not expire. Unused credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• We do not provide cash refunds for unused dial credits, except where required by applicable law.

The one-time setup fee, charged at signup, covers activating your account and the immediate purchase and provisioning of your dedicated phone numbers.

• Because these costs are incurred at the moment of activation, the setup fee is non-refundable once your account has been activated and your numbers have been provisioned, except where required by applicable law.
• The amount of the setup fee is the amount shown at checkout at the time you signed up.

Your monthly subscription keeps your dedicated phone numbers active. It renews automatically each billing period at the amount shown at checkout.

• You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals at the end of your current billing period.
• Fees already billed for the current period (or any prior period) are non-refundable and are not prorated, except where required by applicable law.
• On cancellation, your dedicated phone numbers are released and may not be recoverable. If you later re-subscribe, you may be assigned different numbers.
