GOAL POWER DIALER

Goal Power Dialer is a browser extension, web dashboard and mobile app that places calls to the leads in the CRM you already use and connects you when someone answers. It works inside your CRM; it does not supply leads or phone lists.

• Features such as voicemail detection, voicemail drop, local presence numbers and caller-reputation tools are aids, not guarantees. Detection can be wrong and a call can drop.
• We may change, add or remove features. We will tell you before a change that materially reduces what you paid for.

• You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account, including activity by seats you add to it.
• If you add seats, the seat holders' dials are billed to your account and you are responsible for their use of the service under these terms.
• Don't share a sign-in between people, and don't run the dialer from more than one place at the same time on one account.

You decide who is called and when. You are responsible for every call placed from your account and for following every law that applies to it, including:

• The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and FCC rules, including having the consent the law requires before you call.
• The Telemarketing Sales Rule and the National Do Not Call Registry, plus any state do-not-call lists and your own internal do-not-call list.
• State calling-hours and telemarketing laws. The dialer applies state calling-hour limits to help you, but you remain responsible for when you call.
• Any rules set by your insurance carrier, agency or the CRM you use.

Honor every request to stop calling right away. Use the service only for leads who asked to be contacted, such as inquiry and referral leads provided through your agency.

• Place calls to purchased cold lists, numbers scraped from the internet, or anyone who has asked not to be called.
• Use prerecorded or artificial-voice messages where the law requires prior express written consent and you don't have it.
• Spoof caller ID, harass anyone, or use the service for fraud or anything illegal.
• Resell the service, reverse-engineer it, or interfere with how it works.

We may suspend lines, seats or accounts used this way, or when a carrier or regulator asks us to.

• Setup fee. A one-time fee charged at signup that activates your account and buys your dedicated phone numbers.
• Monthly number subscription. Keeps your phone numbers active. It renews automatically at the amount shown at checkout until you cancel.
• Prepaid dialing balance. Each dial deducts the per-dial rate shown at checkout. Add-ons such as caller-reputation tools are charged at the prices shown before you buy.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change with notice; a change applies from your next billing period or next purchase.
• Refunds, cancellation and what happens to an unused balance are covered in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms.

Numbers are assigned to your account while your subscription is active. When your subscription ends or you release a number, it goes back to the carrier and may be given to someone else. A number's caller-ID reputation depends on how it is used, and we can't guarantee how carriers label it.

Goal Power Dialer is for outbound business calls and is not a replacement for a regular phone. Do not rely on it to call 911.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost sales or lost leads, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. You agree to cover claims, fines or costs that result from calls placed from your account in violation of these terms or the law.

• We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
• You can stop using the service at any time. We may end or suspend service for a breach of these terms.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
